Jamestown Blown Out In Fourth Quarter At Chadron State

DII Chadron State Eagles used a huge fourth quarter run to pull away from Jamestown Jimmies 31-17 in a battle of unbeatens from the Northern Sun. Jamestown led 17-14 heading into the fourth quarter after Caleb Ellingson threw a 44-yard touchdown pass to Isaiah Childs early in the period.

Chadron State took the lead for good on a 38-yard touchdown run by Elijah Myles with 11:15 left in the game. The Eagles added two more touchdowns in the final five minutes to put the game away.

Jamestown’s offense struggled to get anything going in the second half, managing just 58 yards of offense. Quarterback Caleb Ellingson was held to 122 yards passing and was sacked five times.
